15 Exhibit Space Sponsorship Application Form TERMS AND CONDITIONS Canadian Credit Union Association (CCUA) will make every effort to meet Exhibitor/Sponsor requests. Please remit your completed application form (including method of payment) to Suzanne Burnie, Manager, Conferences and Events to secure your space/sponsorship. Confirmation of payment will be forwarded via , however this document should be retained as proof of payment. Booth spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis (based upon the date on which payment is received) complimentary registrations have no cash value and cannot be used towards sponsorship/exhibitor fees.
