The Society for Melanoma Research 2015 Congress is a global congress that unites melanoma clinicians and researchers to focus on multidisciplinary management of melanoma/skin cancer. It provides key insight into the practical advantages of multidisciplinary care of patients with cutaneous malignancies. This is the leading meeting for cutting edge data in melanoma with over 900 healthcare professionals in attendance including researchers, medical oncologists, dermatologists and surgical oncologists. Who We Are The Society for Melanoma Research (SMR) is a diverse organization of scientific and medical investigators devoted to alleviating the suffering of people with melanoma. The SMR was founded to unify the field by increasing communication among researchers and building bridges of collaboration between basic, translational, and clinical investigators. 4 Sponsorship Descriptions Recognition in Marketing Materials All sponsors will be listed in the SMR congress program and acknowledged in the 2016 SMR Winter e-newsletter. Recognition in Registration Area All sponsors will be listed on signage displayed at the congress registration desk. Recognition on Congress Website All sponsors will be recognized on the Society for Melanoma Research s congress website. Signage in Exhibit Hall All sponsors will be listed on signage displayed in the exhibit hall. Conference Registration Passes Depending on the sponsorship level, each sponsor will be provided with a specified number of complimentary registration passes. Conference Program Ad opportunity to include a half page color ad in the printed congress program. Advertisement in SMR Quarterly Newsletter for One Calendar Year The Society for Melanoma Research e-newsletter is published quarterly and distributed to the SMR membership. Sponsors provided with this option will have their full page color ad included in each of the quarterly e-newsletters for one year starting January 2016 through December Refreshment Coffee Break Sponsorship opportunity to sponsor ONE morning or afternoon coffee break during the congress including signage with the company logo listed and permission for company literature to be displayed on the tables. (Four sponsorship opportunities available during congress, on a first come, first served basis.) Exhibitor Space opportunity to exhibit during the congress and be placed in a prime location. Exhibitors are offered booth space based on availability. Lunch Sponsorship opportunity to sponsor ONE networking lunch during the congress. This sponsorship includes display of signage with the company logo listed and permission for company literature to be displayed during the luncheon. (Two sponsorship opportunities are available during congress) Half Page Space in One Issue of the SMR E-Newsletter for Company Article of yourchoice Sponsors provided with this option are able to promote their company in a half page space in ONE of the quarterly e-newsletters during the 2016 calendar year. Opening Reception Sponsorship Sponsors provided with this option will be listed as the opening reception sponsor on signage during the event. In addition, the company can provide marketing materials on all tables.
