2 Welcome As chair of the Data Protection Task Group, I am both humbled and fortunate to have the trust of the PRISM International community and committee members to steer the focus of offsite data protection services in our industry. The team is very committed and shares my passion for this critical service line. The experience and dedication of this group are a testament to our organization s mission to meet the demands in our respective marketplaces through invaluable educational sessions and networking opportunities. As PRISM International members, we continually seek information to provide the best service to our clients. The records and information management services industry continues to evolve. With specific focus on offsite data protection services, it is abundantly clear that PRISM International members are seeking useful information to position their businesses to meet client demand. Whether you are a seasoned veteran or new to the industry, knowledge is power. Last year in Chicago, we held a powerful and information rich workshop, according to attendees. We have worked for the past 9 months to exceed the program offered last fall.
