6 Hot Buffets These Menus provide only a sample selection of dishes. We can customise all menus according to your taste and requirements. 8 Important Information The minimum and maximum order for all our menus is 10 and 75 people respectively. However, we are happy to discuss your individual requirements. There is a charge of 6.00 per hour, per person for Waiting Staff. We highly recommend that you use this service for large functions. Having Waiting Staff will help you during the event and with the clearing up afterwards.
