1 FATTORIA LE CINQUE QUERCE Foiano della Chiana Arezzo SLEEPS: 18 BEDROOMS: 9 BATHROOMS: 6+2 service toilet DESCRIPTION The farmhouse is a country house built in 1800, close to Cortona and Foiano della Chiana, located on a low hill, surrounded by lots of greenery which makes the structure cool in the summer. The property is fenced. This beautiful property is very well maintained and cared by the owners; it has a large garden, surrounded by a park with old trees. In the garden we can find a beautiful pool deep 1,50 / 80cm and large 12 x 6 meters with enough sunbeds for 20 people and a gazebo for outdoor dining with seating for 20 people. Near the pool you will find the barbecue for evening barbecues. The house has a parking where you can park a good number of cars and also a bus with seats. The Farmhouse can accommodate a group of at least 18 people + 2 children with a sofa bed. The structure is enlivened by the presence of steps inside. The 9 bedrooms are decorated with antique furniture beautifully kept, a television and a small safe. From the ground floor you enter in a hallway where we find immediately the access door to the kitchen and the entrance door to a large room divided by brick arches. This ideal division allows to have a dining room and a living room with sofas placed in front of a large traditional Tuscan fireplace. On the same floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin), 2 bathrooms + 1 service toilet. The kitchen is not large but fully equipped. A staircase, that was outside but today closed by beautiful stained glass and wooden windows, leads to the upper floor. The staircase is about 14 steps and slightly steep. You enter into another living room with sofas arranged in front of a beautiful fireplace. This living room is equipped with a small kitchenette; from the living room you reach 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with hydromassage shower. A laundry room, with dryer and ironing facilities, and a service toilet terminates the description of this big house. Five meters away there is dependence. You have to climb a staircase of about 15 steps to get into a kitchen / living room and go to the bedroom with a bathroom (bath tub). The room has two small windows and a special opening skylight that offers a beautiful view of the night sky.
