Conigital Group ar looking to furthr dvlop thir patntd 4D tactil display to nabl blind and visually impaird usrs with haptic or kinasthtic sns of touch to fl th topography of thir immdiat nvironmnt. A matrix of 100 tactil pins arrangd in 10 x 10 configuration will mimic a local topography in an urban nvironmnt such as roads, junctions, pavmnts and surrounding buildings. You will idally b ducatd to or working towards dgr lvl in Enginring or othr rlvant dgr and hav th ability to work flxibly and collaborativly as part of a tam. SW Smantic Analysis of Point cloud data. 2. Us static and dynamic visual data in 2D or 3D and rsarch into th diffrnt mthods availabl. 3. Dvlopmnt of algorithm to nabl softwar to convrt nvironmntal information to positional data for th 4D display. 4. Visual information undrgo simplification to hid th unncssary complxity of th world from th usr, Filtr out unndd objcts - using classification. 5. Dtrmin plans and simpl gomtric objcts.
