5 ESID 2020 Call for Bids Official Site Selection Report Welcome desks branded for your delegates at Brussels Airport & Midi Station (first contact & transport advice) A welcome reception in our majestic XVth century Town Hall on UNESCO listed Grand Place square A Tourist information desk at the venue during the whole meeting to help guests with questions and reservations Plan and advice on social programs for persons accompanying your delegates 7. Getting to the City: Brussels Airport: International Airport flying to over 150 destinations (12km from the city center, direct rail and bus connection). 109 direct European flights, 53 direct flights outside of Europe (Dubai, Beijing, Bangkok, Tokyo, Doha, Qatar, Abu Dhabi and 9 cities in North America). There is a direct train from Brussels Airport to the city center & Venue (20 min).
