1 INVITATION FIS CUP SKI JUMPING SZCZYRK, 28th and 29th January 2012 Dear Ski Friends, Below you will find an invitation to the FIS Cup events that will be held in Szczyrk, Poland on January 28th and 29th 2012 We hope to provide you with all the necessary information on the event. Should you have any further question do not hesitate to get back to us. VENUE Men Ski Jumping competitions will take place on the SKALITE HS-106 Jumping Hill in Szczyrk.

4 ACCOMMODATION The FIS Cup Ski Jumping Szczyrk 2012 Organizing Committee takes care of the full board accommodation for the athletes and officials, thus all the bookings and accommodation request shall be sent directly to the LOC of Szczyrk address. The bookings for national teams are organized by the OC according to the teams' requests and sent entries. The official FIS Cup hotel is SIEMION Holiday House in Poziomkowa 14 street in Szczyrk (2.5 km from the hills). The price for the daily full board accommodation, for those over national quotas, is: 75 PLN per person FB The OC offers alternative accommodation on request Please contact Aga Baczkowska for further offers and quotations. If there are any NSF who had made their own accommodation arrangements, these are obliged to inform the LOC about the fact not later than January, 15th The LOC does not guarantee the availability of accommodation for requests and entries sent later than January, 15th. However, if there are vacant rooms left at the OC's disposal these will be provided to teams on request.

5 DEADLINES Entries by numbers: January, 7th Entries by names: January, 12th Accreditation requests only by NSF by January, 12 th FIS Family tickets will be granted according to new FIS rules. TRANSFERS Airport pick-ups will be provided on the teams requests. All team cars will get special parking labels to park in the reserved areas. 7 SKI WAXING and SERVICE AREA There will be limited ski-waxing rooms available at the hotel. Ski wax cabins will be located at the Skalite HS-106 hill. DOPING CONTROL According to FIS standards and rules. FIS LICENCE To be eligible for participation in the FIS Cup series all the skiers must possess a valid FIS Code. INSURANCE All athletes need the insurance arranged by their National Ski Associations. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any injuries of the athletes neither for the damage or lost property. LANGUAGE The official language is English. PRESS CENTER Accreditation requests for journalists and media representatives can be sent to szczyrk@tatrasport.pl ADDITIONAL PROGRAMME Ceremonies according to official programme and FIS guidelines.
