2 On behalf of the International Ski Federation, the Norwegian Ski Federation and the Organizing Committee of FIS World Cup and FIS Youth cup in Granåsen, Trondheim, we have the pleasure of inviting all Member Associations of the International Ski Federation (FIS) to participate in: FIS YOUTH CUP NORDIC COMBINED Granåsen, Trondheim February 09 th and 10 th 2016

First girls, then boys Competition NC cross country girls, 3km Competition NC cross country boys, 4,5km February 10 th Trial round, first girls, then boys Competition NC ski jumping K60, first girls, then boys Competition NC cross country, Girls, 3km Competition NC Cross country, Boys, 4,5km. Prize giving ceremony will be right after the world cup competition together with the World cup prize ceremony

Deadline for preliminary entries is 13th of January Deadline for final numbers, arrival/departure information and transportation is 24 th of January In case of late entries, we unfortunately can t be able to guarantee all services according to Rules. Participation The OC will cover a quota according to FIS Youth Cup rules. Every nation can bring more athletes at their own expense. Age limits will be according to the FIS Youth Cup rules. Insurance All athletes have to be insured through their national ski federations.

6 The organizer is not responsible for any personal injuries or damage to property that might occur. All participants must have an adequate insurance cover against accidents, illness and civil liability Accommodation The Organizers payment of costs for the athletes will be for 3 athletes and 1 official per nation. In case of less competitors and officials than entered, no-show has to be paid. Please fill in the information in the entry form. The organizer will cover hotels and transportation from the hotel to the venue. Doping Control Doping control may be carried out at any FIS competition according to FIS Anti-Doping Rules. Competition rules The competitions will be held in compliance with FIS Competition Rules for Youth Cup.

7 Transport service We offer free transportation between the hotel and the venue during your stay in Trondheim. Shuttle times will be announced at our web site the TCM and at the race office. We can also offer transportation from the airport to the hotels. The cost will be 130, - NOK per person. In this case we need your flight information and numbers no later than January 24 th. Please send an to wctrondheim@wctrondheim.org for transportation booking from the airport and to the airport.
