2 REGULATION Date: 19. Saturday and 20. Sunday, June 2010 Venue: Celje, Sports Hall Zlatorog, Opekarniška cesta 15 Organizer: Invited contries: Slovenian Judo Federation and Judo Club»SANKAKU CELJE«Partizanska 35, 2310 Slovenska Bistrica, Tel.: , Fax: IJF and EJU member contries. No limit of participation per category per country. Weight categories: women - 48, - 52, - 57, - 63, - 70, - 78, + 78 men - 60, - 66, - 73, - 81, - 90, - 100, Refereeing: All team of each national federation must be acompanied by one IJF Referee A or B license. Attendance in the Referee meeting on Friday 18th of June at 19:00 is strictly obligatory. Competition system: EJU / IJF system KO with double repachage Seeding Ranking Points The top 4 athletes in each weight category will be seeded according to the EJU Senior Ranking List. In order for an athlete to obtain points for the EJU Senior Ranking List, his / her weight category should have participants from at least 2 different countries. If this is not the case, the competition can still be held, according to the organiser's decision. If by the nominal deadline, there are less than 2 countries inscribed in any weight category, the organiser is obliged to inform immediately the NF concerned. Duration of contests: The preliminaries contests will take four (4) minutes and golden score two (2) minutes. Time of all contests deciding placing among top 8 will take five (5) minutes and golden score three (3) minutes time. Travel expenses Accommodation Participating Federations are responsible to cover their own travel expenses to and from Celje. Travel expenses from official airport Jože Pu nik (Brnik-Ljubljana) to Celje and back and internal transportation during the competition is covered by Slovenian Judo Federation. Will be provided on your expense for your choice at two options as stipulated in minimum requirements for organization of Senior European Cup. Entry fee is 10 EUR per player.

4 Entries: a) First Entry National Federations are requested to inform the Slovenian Judo federations as to whether they will participate in the Tournament or not by prescribed Entry Form not later than 10. April 2010 b) Final Entry National Federations are requested to send the Final entry form not later than 20.May 2010 c.) All entries must be inscribed by the Slovenian judo Federation d.) Accommodation, Travel plan National Federations are requested to send the Final entry form not later than 01. May 2010 to Condor Travel Agency obligatory Liability: Judogi: Visa: Neither the organizers of the event, or the Slovenija Judo federation will be liable or responsible for any personal injury or for any loss or damage to your property arising out of your participation and traveling in connection with this Tournament. Please note, that according to the decision of the DC of the EJU blue and white judogi will be obligatory in all the EJU Senior European Cup. For nations, who need VISA to enter Slovenia, please send to us as soon as possible (latest 1st April 2010) the list of participants with names, passport numbers, birth dates and function. Back number: 1. Each competitor taking part in the EJU events is obliged to have on the back of his judogi the official back number made up of two parts: the FIXED upper part, consisting of the Surname and the National Olympic Abbreviation; the CHANGEABLE bottom part consisting of the event name and the sponsors, unique for each event. 2. The participating athlete / federation is responsible for ordering and sewing of the FIXED part of the back number, which must be the official EJU / IJF one. It should be ordered from Production and delivery takes around 4 weeks. 3. The CHANGEABLE part will be given to the head of delegation during registration, and the athletes can stick it themselves using the special glue on the back number. In case the participating federation sends fewer athletes than registered in the numerical entry, the federation will be charged the cost of the back number of all cancelled athletes. 3 cm 1 cm

The deadline for booking is 01.May.2010 in official hotels*** and hotel**** and Dormitory, all based on HB (breakfast and dinner).
