Wardrobe to the left of the entrance door of utility room: Suggested design: From floor to ceiling: 2900mm. Total wardrobe height: 2490mm. Space between ceiling and wardrobe should be filled with MDF panel. 4000mm. Divided into: 2400mm (3 doors) mm (2 doors) boiler & water cylinder cupboard. 5 Sliding doors with frame and track set: Order from : Titan Sliding Wardrobe doors. 4 Soft white glass doors + 1 Silver standard mirror door (3 rd door). Clothes railings: Top railing in wardrobe, approx H1800mm from floor level. MDF Internal: MDF Shelves: Build internal wall dividers, rear wall panel and ceiling in MDF. Floors to be tiled. Top wardrobe shelf; approx H590mm from top wardrobe ceiling x W4000mm. Shelves where the supporting column is: approx W300mm x D300mm. 2 shelves with approx H500mm between them and 3 shelves with approx H225mm between them. Shelf on top of floor: approx H300mm from the floor, approx 1600mm wide. Two double wardrobes, master bedroom: Shelves: From floor to ceiling: 2800mm. Total wardrobe height: approx 2440mm. 2440mm. Two adjoining double wardrobes: 2 x W1220mm. 4 doors, 610mm wide, 2440mm height. Mount mirrors on both insides of second pair of doors. Allow for some feature details on doors for a modern look eg shaker style. 4 handles (supplied by Client). 600mm Top shelf in each wardrobe; approx H640mm, W1220mm. Shelf above drawers. Clothes railings: Top railing in both cupboards, approx 100mm below top shelf. Finish: 4 drawers: Easy sliding, soft closing with drawer stops, H300mm x W610mm. Concealed. As the doors are tall we probably need 4 hinges for each door. Top quality paint finish. Clothes railings: Top railings: 100mm from top shelf. Positioned at H1820mm from floor level. 8 drawers: Easy sliding, soft closing with drawer stops, approx x W Concealed. 4 hinges for each door. H670mm between shelf and wardrobe ceiling H100mm between railing and shelf 1250mm between railing and shelf above drawers. Railing positioned H1820mm from floor level. 8 x 600mm wide. Shelf above top drawers. Example double wardrobe for bedroom 2 H150mm 12.4 Other work relating to storage, shelves etc Front reception rm Build 3 shelves on either side of fire place and paint, L105cm each. Invisible supports floating look. Build a cupboard with two doors in alcoves on both side of fireplace, L105cm x D40cm. Mouldings. High quality finish. Leave an opening for electrical plug to enable hosting a stereo inside. Paint. Final design to be confirmed before build. Bedrm 2 Make good in the existing cupboard in Bedroom 2 after the redundant water cistern has been removed. Replace hinges on cupboard doors to brushed steel or concealed if possible. Replace 2 handles to match other wardrobes (supplied by client). Build 3 shelves (floor + 2 shelves) in lower cupboard (keep existing shelves in top cupboard). Paint inside and outside. Bedrm 3 Build 12 book shelves in left and right alcoves (6 in each), approx W92cm x D24cm x H3cm. Invisible supports floating look. Paint. 1st floor hallway Build a wooden shelf above radiator in hallway on first floor. Material: solid oak to match wooden floor. Measurements depend on size of radiators but approx. 160cm long, 20cm wide and 4cm thick. Bedrm 4 top floor Existing wardrobes in bedrm 4: replace handles, supplied by Client. Check that existing clothes railings are secured properly. Ensure existing drawers can run smoothly. Paint (in and outside). Page 5 of 5
