2 Allergen analysis plays an important role in food testing. This workshop covers practical work in the lab and presentations by the allergen experts. The most used technologies for allergen testing such as LFD (lateral flow testing), ELISA and PCR will be discussed. The number of participants is limited to 30. Optionally, it is possible to register for an allergen PCR intensive PCR training with only 6 participants on the 3 rd workshop day. The workshop will be in English language.
