2 Page 2 Route description to our hotel By car Follow the highway A2 direction Utrecht / Amsterdam or Eindhoven / Maastricht. Take exit 22; St.Michielsgestel / Schijndel. Turn right at the traffic lights at the gas station. Take the next street to the right and at the end of the street you will see our hotel. Parking The hotel has a video guarded parking. Take a ticket when you drive in and let it encode at the reception. The 1st 3 hours you can park free of charge, after that you pay EUR 2.50 per hour with a maximum of EUR 7.50 per 24 hours. You can pay your parking ticket at the reception. You can recharge your electrical car at the recharge point in front of the hotel.

3 Page 3 By public transport Take the train to 's-hertogenbosch Central Station. From the train station there is a regular bus service to the Mövenpick Hotel. It will take about 20 minutes to arrive at the hotel. These bus lines will bring you to our hotel (ask the bus driver to tell you when you arrive at the stop called Provinciehuis or Pettelaarpark ): Bus number 1 direction Aawijk Bus number 11 direction Aawijk From the train station there is also the possibility to take one of the many taxi's. Simply ask the driver to take you to the Mövenpick Hotel. For EUR 4.00 per car, per day, you can park here This is including a bus ride to the city centre for a maximum of 4 people. Busses: the waiting time between the busses is 20 minutes. At busy periods a second bus is used and the waiting time will be approximately 10 minutes. The car park is open from: Monday till Wednesday from hrs. till hrs. By bike You can park your bike in the shed on the parking and there s also an electrical point to charge your E- bike.

4 Page 4 Access to our hotel The main entrance has automatic doors and no stairs. In the lobby are no stairs or steps. The floor is partly tiled and partly carpeted, but at similar level. The lift is located in the lobby. Welcome to our hotel The hotel has one handicapped room on the ground floor, with the following facilities in the bathroom: Grab rails by the toilet Low mount towel rack Lowered sink and mirror Seat in the shower Toilet raiser For your safety there is a panic alarm connected to the reception. This room is equipped with a single bed. On request (prior to arrival) we place a free extra bed. The hotel has three anti-allergic rooms. Please pass your preference for the anti-allergic rooms at your reservation. Each room has a minibar. You may also use the minibar to store your medication, baby food or something else. Minibar consumptions have to be paid upon departure. In case of an emergency If you hear a slow whoop sound, this is the general alarm. If you are in your room, please stay there. When you hear the evacuation request, please go outside. The gathering place is on the lawn in front of the entrance of the hotel. Our employees will check every room to make sure every guest has left the hotel. Would you be so kind to leave your stuff in the room except any medications and please close windows and doors. For disabled guests we have a special chair (Evacchair) to get you out of the hotel. Medical or other emergencies In case of an emergency please dial 9 on the telephone in your room or by pressing the hot key 'reception'. For information regarding a doctor, dentist, hospital, etc. you can also contact the reception 24/7.

5 Page 5 Restaurant/Bar/Lobby Our restaurant is located on the ground floor and can be reached by the guests elevator. Please inform our reception prior to arrival if you have special dietary needs or allergies. Public rest rooms The guest rooms and a separate disabled toilet are located on the ground floor. The disabled toilet is equipped with a pull cord panic alarm connected to the reception. Pets Only guide/working dogs are allowed in our hotel. Please inform us prior to arrival if you would like to bring your guide/working dog. Conference facilities The hotel has 3 meeting rooms (ground floor) with a maximum capacity of 90 people in theatre setup. The two large meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible. The disabled toilet is located on the ground floor.
