3 ACCOMODATION & FLIGHTS All partners must take care of their own accommodation and book their own flights. In case you are a visitor in Stockholm, we have rooms reserved at Scandic Talk Hotel which is directly connected to the conference venue. HOW TO BOOK A ROOM AT SCANDIC TALK HOTEL? We have a block of rooms reserved for our delegates and partners attending to Nordic IT Security 2015 Please book your room before 19 October 2015 to avoid disappointment. Link: Travelling to Stockholmsmässan Stockholmsmässan is located in Älvsjö, approximately 10 kilometers south of Stockholm City. The Älvsjö train & Bus station is located directly next door to Stockholsmässan. The journey by commuter train (pendeltåg) from Stockholm Central Station to Stockholmsmässan takes just 10 minutes. By Train: There are 8-14 commuter train (pendeltåg) departures every hour from Stockholm Central Station to Älvsjö Station, which is only a 200-meter walk from Stockholmsmässan s Main entrance. The journey takes just ten minutes. Commuter trains (pendeltåg) stoping in Älvsjö are those going to: Södertälje C; Tumba; Västerhaninge; Nynäshamn. From Arlanda Airport: The commuter train from Arlanda Airport (pendeltåg) also stops at Älvsjö station. The train departs two times an hour and the journey takes 47 minutes. The train departs Arlanda Airport from Sky City, between terminals 4 and 5. By car: There are 4000 parking spaces available for visitors. Take the southbound E4/E20 and follow the signs for Mässan/Älvsjö then take exit 155. Alternatively, if you are travelling northbound E4/E20, take exit 153. ACCESS TO TRACKS Partners must wait before joining speaking sessions in the tracks (unless you are the sponsor of that session). Due to the high number of end user delegates, some will be full, and priority seating is for the delegates who invest in this educational event. Please wait 3-4 minutes after the start of a session before joining. Also, refrain from taking time in the Q&A of the sessions; these are intended for the end users to clarify points they did not understand in their sessions. There is plenty of time in the networking breaks for you to follow up with a speaker. Conference Schedule The conference schedule is subject to change. 5 Set-Up Time Set-up time and date: Monday 2 nd November. Strictly From 16:00 to 18:00 Compulsory set-up time for all exhibitors! No set-up will be allowed on the conference day November 3 at any time no exceptions! The exhibition space is limited. Maximum space provided per exhibitor is as per contract. No additional build-up, please. If you are shipping material to the venue Please, note that you are responsible for shipping / set up and dismantling your equipment / material before and after the conference. This should be done in a timely manner. Boxes must be clearly marked with your name & company name and stand number. How to label your box: Please, include the following information when you label your box, before shipping it to the venue: >Nordic IT Security Conference >T-delan >Name of your company >Your stand number must be on the package so it can be delivered directly to your expo space All shipping charges must be prepaid - the venue will not accept any outstanding delivery charges. Please arrange return shipping prior to the event, all materials must depart venue 24 hours after the conference. STORAGE OF MATERIALS ONSITE Please note the venue can store the materials maximum of 1 week before the event and 24 hours after the event. ONE-TO-ONE NETWORKING MEETINGS (AKA Meeting Manager / Meeting Mojo) If One-to-One meetings are part of your Conference Package, you will receive information about the meeting portal from the Conference Marketing Manager, Malin Petterson. We use the information that you put on this file to register your delegates. So, please, read carefully the document and fill it out completely. Delegates not registered cannot attend to the conference. The information regarding the number of delegates that you can send to the conference is on your contract. We kindly ask you to fill out the details of your participants and send it back to us before the expiring of the deadline. COMPANY PDF FOR DELEGATES You can send us a small presentation of your company. This Company PDF for Delegates is a file that we will send to all the attendees to the conference after the meeting, which tells them about your company and its services.
