2 WELCOME TO CHRISTMAS AT THE CHARTROOM We have a full programme of events throughout the festive period to tempt you to visit us whether for one of our famous Party Nights, a Festive Lunch with work colleagues or for our Gala Hogmanay Dinner Dance there is something for everyone. CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHTS Our famous Party Nights are the perfect way to get you into the festive mood! Arrive at 7.30pm for a sumptuous 4 course Christmas Dinner during which our own Buble style singer entertains you, then it s on with the party until 1.00am with our resident DJ Radio Clyde s Bill Smith. You can reserve your table now with a deposit of only 5 per person by calling us on THE EARLY PARTY NIGHT FREE WINE OFFER Saturday 28th November After the success of last year s early party Night we are having another to get you in the mood for the Festive Season! Ideal for those who are too busy to party later in December or just a great value night out you decide. A 4 course Christmas Menu with a FREE BOTTLE OF WINE per 4 guests plus dancing until 1am but at the special reduced price of only 25! 5 BOOKING YOUR PARTY NIGHT 1. Decide which date you prefer and how many are in your party then call us on to check availability and make a provisional booking we will then send you a booking form. 2. Ask all of your party to select their meal choices on the booking form and return it with a 5 per person deposit within 7 days of making your initial booking. Provisional bookings will be automatically released if the deposit has not been received after this 7 day period. 3. Pay the balance for your party night by 1st November. Please note that monies are non-refundable for cancellations after this date. If you need any help or information call us on We look forward to welcoming you to The Chartroom over the festive season The Small Print Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 5 for each person in the party is due within 7 days of making a provisional booking. Provisional bookings will be automatically released if the deposit has not been received after this 7 day period. Once paid, your booking will then be confirmed. Final Payment The final balance payment is due by 1st November. This payment is non-refundable. Where a booking is made within 4 weeks of the function date, the full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. If you cancel We regret that monies cannot be refunded after payment has been received. No deposits or payments will be transferred or used for other products. If we cancel We reserve the right to cancel any date, if numbers booked are not viable. Alternative dates will be offered, but if not suitable, all monies will be refunded.
