14 LISINI GENERAL T&C S TERMS & CONDITIONS Lisini cannot guarantee that any products on any of the menu items are totally free from nuts or nut derivatives and that any fish products are totally free of bones. For any special dietary requirements, please discuss with our sales team. At the time of booking, we will require a contact name, phone number, full address and address. All Christmas Parties bookings will adhere to the terms and conditions as stated below, regardless of source. All deposits and part payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any dietary requirements must be advised prior to the event. The party organiser must pay all payments, as multiple payments are non-acceptable. The conduct and behaviour of guests is the responsibility of the party organiser. Lisini reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who acts in an unsociable manner who may be asked to leave the hotel. No refunds or payment transfers will be given for any reductions in numbers whatsoever. For the benefit of all guests a smart dress code must be adhered to. The deposit must be paid to constitute a confirmed booking. Hotel Management reserves the right to alter any date, act or menu without prior notice. Please inform us of any of your party have any mobility issues to ensure they have appropriate seating arrangements. All Christmas party nights & Hogmanay guests must be over the age of 18. Due to licensing laws anyone dining in the restaurant under the age of 18 must vacate the premises by 10pm. If available we will endeavour to add additional guests to your booking, although this will depend on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Whilst we will try to accommodate requests of seating we cannot guarantee specific seating arrangements. CHRISTMAS DAY Dalziel Park is the only venue opened on Christmas day. Unfortunately we are unable to accept provisional bookings. To confirm your booking a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 10 per person is required. Cedar Suite The final balance for Cedar suite bookings must be paid by the 13th of December. Failure to pay the full balance by the 13th December may result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of any deposit paid. Any Bookings made after the 13th December must be paid in full at the time of booking. If requested we will endeavour to add additional guests to your booking, although this will depend on availability and cannot be guaranteed. The Wide Mouth Frog Final numbers for bookings must be notified by 13th December. Any alteration to numbers after this date will still be charged in full on the day. If there is still an outstanding balance, the final balance must be paid in the restaurant on Christmas Day. If requested we will endeavour to add additional guests to your booking, although this will depend on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

If requested we will endeavour to add additional guest to your booking, although this will depend on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
