The output drivers feature a Typical Connection Packages IR8()(S) & (PbF) HALF-BRIDGE DRIVER 8-Lead PDIP IR8 8-Lead SOIC IR8S -Lead PDIP IR8 -Lead SOIC IR8S IR8/IR8/IR8 Feature Comparison high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimum driver cross-conduction. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in the high side configuration which operates up to volts. IR8 IR8 (Refer to Lead Assignments for correct configuration).
