7 Spotlight Aura Gas Limited Northey Maria Hampshire based istaller, Aura Gas Limited, made the decisio to istall a complete heatig solutio to a buildig o Northey Maria after recogisig a eed to upgrade to a more efficiet system. decisio to move the boiler to a differet locatio. It was previously fitted withi oe of the offices which was ot oly usightly but also icoveiet whe maiteace was eeded. As the ew uits are more compact, we were able to istall them behid a cupboard door, makig it eater ad prevetig disruptio to the staff. Movig the cylider was the most complex part of the job, ad i doig so we ecoutered problems with the pipework which we eeded to resolve. The origial system had o secodary retur which meat that those usig it were ofte waitig a log time for hot water. To overcome this, we istalled a secodary retur which meas hot water is available o tap ad ca meet the demad of a office eviromet. We have worked with Worcester o previous projects as the brad has a reputatio for providig the best products o the market. We kew we wated to work with them o this project as they are able to offer a complete heatig solutio ad beig able to offer the user a etire Sittig i the heart of the Northey Maria, the buildig was origially used i a residetial capacity. However, whe it was coverted ito 27 offices several years ago, it became apparet the curret heatig system was ot producig the efficiecy levels required. After discussios with Aura Gas Limited it was decided the best solutio would be to completely remove the old system, which comprised of two copper cyliders ad two stadard efficiecy boilers, ad replace them with a 250 litre Greestore uveted cylider ad a Greestar 30CDi system boiler. Speakig of the project, Gary Robiso from Aura Gas Limited, said: The buildig was origially used for residetial purposes ad cosequetly the heatig system was ot set up to accommodate the commercial requiremets it curretly has. Now comprisig of 27 self-cotaied offices ad two residetial flats, we were tasked with comig up with a solutio, which would offer a cosistet temperature level ad improve the property s overall efficiecy levels. I suggested completely removig the existig system which was provig ureliable ad susceptible to breakdows, ad replacig it with a ew cylider ad boiler which would offer greater reliability ad user comfort.
