This means that instead of managing dedicated on-premise server, storage, security and data centre network infrastructures you will use PCs, tablet and other connected devices to securely access the latest Microsoft tools and software hosted in our dedicated, private cloud environment. Choose your model Capita Productivity Hub gives you the choice of two deployment models so you can choose the one that most closely meets your needs. Standard Standard is a fully managed secure, multi-tenanted service providing all of the key communication, collaboration and productivity features at a competitive price with no upfront or minimum commitment. Services are managed via the Standard Control Panel which allows simple, self-service administration of your users services. Fully licensed versions of all of Microsoft applications can be included on a pay-as you use basis. Select Select is suitable for larger organisations and provides a dedicated and highly configurable environment that allows you to leverage your existing Microsoft Enterprise Agreement for the provision of Office Productivity Tools. Select also provides you with a customised control panel and the ability to define mailbox sizes, quotas and other features to closely match your organisation s specific needs as well as security and governance requirements. Because Select is assembled to your specific requirements there is a minimum 12 month commitment for this service. Page 5
