In addition, this role consists of processing and receiving all inventory, damages and RTV s. This position is located in Theory s fulfillment warehouse in Lyndhurst, New Jersey. Responsibilities Overseeing the daily picking, packing and shipping of merchandise; ensuring all orders meet daily shipping deadline Responsible for manually verifying and approving all customer orders filtered into Theory s fraud review queue Responsible for the daily receiving of all merchandise. This includes verifying the quantity and description of materials received by checking merchandise against a corresponding packing list

2 Responsible for managing the inventory discrepancy log and processing monthly damages for RTV Team with main warehouse returns manager to process RTV s in a timely and accurate manner Responsible for researching and reconciling all outstanding and/or problem credit card transactions Perform physical inventories of product Assist other warehouse employees in completing tasks as requested by the Operations Manager or immediate supervisor Responsible for maintaining the general cleanliness and order of the ecommerce warehouse Assist Customer Service by resolving operationally related s Responsible for maintaining the UPS lost order log and following up with affected customers when necessary Skills Required Ability to adapt to changes in nature of work and in work load Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees across the organization Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and web applications Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form Ability to organize and prioritize projects and daily tasks Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization Qualifications Warehouse experience preferred Ecommerce experience preferred; apparel industry experience a plus College graduate preferred, high school diploma or general education degree required Passion for developing great customer experiences Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be a dependable team player Experience with Cybersource, Zendesk and/or Mainstreet Commerce a plus
