Daily HRIS Job Duties include: Daily Oracle HRIS System maintenance & Reporting (FTE Counts, Terminations, Benefits Eligibility) HRIS Oracle User Guidance, troubleshooting Success Factors ATS initial entry, reporting, and practice Ad Hoc Reporting and assisting of HR Team, ex. HR Metrics Analysis, EEO-1 Reporting, Turnover statistical reporting Oracle HRIS Analyst Bachelor s Degree (HR or Computer Sciences) Preferred +/or Project Management Certification (CAPM, PHR, SPHR) Minimum 2 Years HRIS Analysis Systems experience in: Oracle, ADP, MS Excel, and SuccessFactors Interested in this Parsippany, NJ Oracle HRIS Analyst job?
