5 JOB DESCRIPTIONS CASE MANAGER Implements systematic process to identify appropriate and inappropriate behaviors of individuals on case load. Maintains on-going record of participants plan, activities, progress and problems. 7 CREW LEADER - DOCUMENT DESTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS OF THE JOB: Oversees 2-6 person Document Destruction crew at on-site facility to ensure work is done in accordance with contract specifications. IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Director of Contracts document Destruction clients and employees A. Assists Director of Contracts in completing document destruction work in accordance with contract standards. B. Acts as a role model to document destruction crew. C. Record receipt of bins and file purge materials as required. D. Schedule employees to maximize productivity and ensure document destruction tasks are completed as required. E. Conduct training for crew (at least monthly) on job responsibilities. F. Ensure area is cleaned at the end of each shift. G. Ensure periodic maintenance is performed as required. H. Ensure area is kept secure and is locked with alarms set as required. I. Supervise bale tying and movement/storage. J. Supervise loading of bale trucks, including clean-up after loading. K.
