3 Detailed Course Outline & Structure Inspire Education utilises Prime Learning Pty Ltd (Prime Learning Provider No 31466) to provide you first-class training and student support while you undertake your studies in the. Prime Learning is a training organisation that offers a huge range of Nationally Accredited training options designed to meet the needs of students/trainees, businesses and industry. (BSB51107) The BSB55107 comprises of 8 units. These 8 units are prepackaged unless requested otherwise. You will need to discuss your options with your trainer if you wish to alter the package to suit your needs. This course covers skills in effectively managing your workplace and your staff in order to achieve management objectives and goals. Prerequisites No previous knowledge or experience is required to undertake this course. It is preferred that individuals considering this qualification have achieved the Certificate IV in Frontline Management or other relevant qualification/s, OR have provided evidence of competency in the majority of units required for the Certificate IV in Frontline Management or other relevant qualification/s OR have some vocational experience but without formal supervision or management qualification. For example: Coordinator, Leading Hand, Supervisor or Team Leader. Delivery and Training Schedule You will have 12 months to complete the course from your enrolment date if you are completing your courses through distance learning. Prime Learning have a continual intake of students on this basis. Courses are offered at various times in many states throughout the year. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) RPL is offered to any Learner who can provide evidence of competency for the units offered within the qualification. To apply for RPL, simply complete an enrolment form indicating that you would like to apply for full/partial RPL. Once enrolment is confirmed, you will receive a call from your trainer to go through all potential RPL opportunities, before sending through an RPL pack to help with evidence collection. In this way the RPL process is seamless and simple.
