Included in this packet is an outline of the sponsorship levels as well as a Sponsorship Commitment Form. Sponsors will also be mentioned during the Parade. Collector Button, Booklet & Treasure Hunt Title and Button sponsors logos will be on the Festival collector buttons. The buttons will be affixed to a booklet with event information, sponsor logos and registration form to win prizes. Daily radio clues for the Treasure Hunt starting Dec. 7 will include the Title & Button sponsor names. Logo on Print Advertising Company logo included on all print advertising and a Thank You ad following the Festival. Logo on Poster Company logo included on marketing posters distributed throughout the region. Logo in Mailing Company logo included in direct mailing to over 30,000 households. Prize Donor Acknowledgement Recognized with company logo and donated items. Banner Display Your company s banner displayed during the Festival activities. Location varies based on level of sponsorship. Company to provide banner. Company logo of all sponsors on banner during Parade and along parade route. Logo in weekly e-newsletters Company logo to be included in pre-festival e- newsletters and official communication to our members and subscribers. Social Media Promotions Sponsors to be promoted via Facebook. Entry in the Parade Company encouraged to enter a lighted unit in the Parade. On-Site Mentions Company name to be mentioned at the sponsored site. (i.e. Laser Light sponsor mentioned at the Laser Light Show) Attendees 5,000 expected Friday, Dec. 11 th for the Laser Light Show/Happy Holiday Express; 5,000+ expected at Lake George Winter Wonderland and 13,000+ expected for the Parade on Saturday, Dec. 12 th.

3 Becoming a 2-Day Festival Introducing Festival Collector Buttons & Treasure Hunt This year we are selling collector festival buttons. They will be for sale at several DTC member locations. Sponsors may choose to be a location for button purchase/registration. People that purchase and register their button are eligible to win great prizes donated by our local business community. If you re a treasure hunter, register your button to be eligible to win an additional $1,000(!) in prize money. To qualify for the full $1,000 prize for the Treasure Hunt, the individual who finds the medallion must have registered the 2015 St. Cloud Winter Festival Button (postmarked or registered online by Friday, December 4 th ) and the daily clues (starting on Monday, December 7 th ) will be announced on KCLD brought to you by sponsor. Groups or hunting partners may not share a registered button. The Button/Treasure Hunt sponsor will recognize one winner with one prize. If the finder chooses to share the prize award, it will be her/his responsibility to do so. The Treasure Hunt officially ends at midnight on December 12 th. Collector (stuffed) Polar Bears, Ornaments & Lighted Novelties In addition to the collector festival buttons, we will be selling cuddly stuffed polar bears and ornaments as a reminder of the theme All Aboard the Polar Express. These items will be sold along with the buttons at all the participating location. They will also be sold on Friday and Saturday during the festivities. Happy Holiday Express (Friday) Leighton Broadcasting will be opening up their doors to view several model trains (including the Polar Express Train), visit with Santa, sip on hot chocolate, munch on cookies and candy canes, and listen to holiday music and more. There will also be a Santa letter drop off. Polar Plunge (Friday) You ve never jumped into frigid Minnesota waters in December? We d like to change that! If we are able to secure a sponsor or some co-sponsors, we plan to host a Polar Plunge on Friday evening, December 11st at Lake George. Participants will receive a plunge t-shirt. Cost to participate is $10. We re asking people to donate coats and blankets; a portion of the proceeds will go to support the homeless in our community. Laser Light Show (Friday) People of all ages enjoy laser light shows with colored lights and laser beams set to music. We are lucky to be working with Pioneer Place on 5 th to provide new light to the celebration. Grand Marshal (Saturday) A WILD hockey player or LYNX basketball player perhaps to serve as our official parade dignitary? This sponsor will have the opportunity to get autographs and photos with our Grand Marshal. Touch-A-Truck (Saturday) The Winter Wonderland at Lake George on Saturday afternoon provides many activities such as cookie decorating, petting zoo, wagon rides, Santa and more. This year kids (and kids at heart) will be able to climb on and interact with firetrucks, police cars, garbage trucks and construction equipment.
