Galen offered practical nursing education until 2005 when it added a registered nurse program in Louisville. In 2007, Galen opened its first new campus in 17 years in Cincinnati, Ohio, offering only associate degrees in Nursing. Galen has since grown to nearly 3,000 students system wide, with over 500 faculty and staff and over 200 clinical afflictions.
