The curse begins by reviewing the varius cmpnents f Prject Cntrls, including scheduling. It cntinues with a review f the basic principles f CPM scheduling, scheduling cntract prvisins, delay analysis, risk analysis and management f the scheduling prcess. The curse includes sme hands-n instructin in the use f Primavera scheduling sftware t create and manage cst and resurce laded cnstructin schedules. As part f the class instructin, the instructr and students will jintly develp a cst and resurce laded cnstructin schedule in class frm a set f cnstructin cntract dcuments. This schedule will then be updated and different scenaris will be intrduced. Time impact analyses f delay scenaris will be prduced.
