Open frm 11:55 PM, May 4 t 11:55 PM May 8. Curse Expectatins Examinatins: There are fur exams in this curse. The frmat usually cnsists f 25 multiple-chice questins and 10 shrt answer, essay questins. Yu will have 60 minutes t cmplete these exams, except fr the final exam, which is 90 minutes lng and cntains mre questins, as it is cmprehensive. The examinatins must be taken during the time they are pen in Blackbard unless yu have made arrangements in advance. If yu miss a scheduled exam due t unfreseen circumstances, yu shuld cntact me as sn as pssible t discuss yur ptins. Please Nte: Tests are nt t be taken with ther students present. They are an individual activity.

5 5 Weekly Assignments: Each week, nrmally n Mnday mrning, I will pst the week s assigned reading. In additin, there will be ne r mre weekly assignments. Smetimes it will be additinal reading, ther times I will pst a discussin questin that yu will respnd t. Smetimes it might be a quiz n the reading r a shrt (usually ne-page) paper n a specific tpic. In each case, the weekly assignment scre will be wrth up t 10 pints. Yu will be graded n yur effrt and results. Grading: Pints are earned n the fllwing basis: Exams-100 Pints each, 300 pssible pints ttal. Discussin participatin-10 pints per week, 140 pints pssible. Final Examinatin-150 pints pssible. The final letter grade fr the curse is based n the fllwing numerical scale: Letter Percentage Descriptin Ttal Pints.
