CORPORATE INDUSTRY EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES The Conference Welcome Reception, morning & afternoon tea breaks and lunches will be held in the Exhibition areas to ensure the maximum number of opportunities for networking between Delegates and Exhibitors. Exhibition Booth Package - $2,200 (incl GST) One (1) complimentary full Delegate registration including the Conference Welcome Reception, Conference Sessions and Conference Dinner Company logo and 50 word company listing in the Conference Handbook Copy of the Delegate list (name, organisation, state only) in accordance with Privacy Legislation One (1) Exhibition booth or equal space (3m x 3m) for the duration of the Conference. Provisional Exhibition Floor Plan The provisional Exhibition Floor Plan will be amended once major sponsors are confirmed, or at the Conference Organising Committees discretion. Trade Booth allocations will occur in June 2015, so until then, Exhibitors may list their preferred options. By the end of August 2015, Exhibitors will be contacted in order of receipt of bookings / payments to finalise their booth/s allocation. Sponsorship & Exhibition - Terms & Conditions The Australian Wound Management Association (Qld) will hereafter be referred to as the Organisers. Sponsor & Exhibition packages will be allocated in order of receipt of booking forms The Organisers accept no liability for damage to exhibits by loss, damage, theft, fire, water, storms, strikes, riots or any cause whatsoever. Sponsors & Exhibitors are advised to insure against such liability. The Organisers reserve the right to change the venue and duration if circumstances demand, at their discretion. The Sponsor will indemnify the Organisers in respect of any claims and demands in respect thereof. The Sponsor must take out adequate insurance in respect of all claims and demands in respect thereof. The Sponsor must take out adequate insurance in respect of all claims. The Organisers reserve the right to alter the Exhibition Floor Plan at their discretion Exhibits must not be removed and displays must not be dismantled either partly or in total before closing time on the last day of the Exhibition. All Exhibits and display material must be removed by the time indicated in the Sponsors & Exhibitor Manual. Sponsors & Exhibitors may only conduct competitions or offer prizes with the permission of the Organisers The Sponsors & Exhibitors undertakes that they will not hold any events, educational or social functions at the same time as official Conference program sessions or social functions. Sponsors & Exhibitors may only organise catering or beverages in their stands with approval of the Organisers and the Venue. Payment Details An invoice will be sent on receipt of the booking form. If payment is not received within 30 days of receipt of the invoice, your booking will be cancelled. Any cancellation of Sponsorship and/or Exhibition after booking received will incur an administration charge of $300. For cancellation of Sponsorship and/or Exhibition at least 6 months prior to the commencement of the Conference, will incur an administration charge of $300, a refund less the $300 will only occur if the Organisers are able to re-sell the package. For cancellation less than 6 months prior to the commencement of the Exhibition, all payments are non-refundable.
