Condition of all trucks will be maintained and its maintenance will be done on regular basis. The abandoned mine site shall be made fully secured with wire fencing or any such methods to avoid falling of animals and loss of lives. Appropriate signage, security and protection measures shall be provided. Mine overburden had been kept on one side in such a way that top soil is preserved for use in further back filling with overburden and plantation overtop soil. The mine over burdens will be back filled fully in part of the mine sites to avoid heaps of such material on one hand and depression due to mining on other hand. The back filled material will be adequately compressed. The rest unfilled area will be adequately wire fenced. Proper leveling and adequate plantation shall be done. Preferably locally predominant species shall be selected for plantation. Adequate slopes shall be maintained to ensure that the animal, people can come out without any problem if 5
