Mining is proposed 5 meter far from submerging area and also 5 meter away from the river bank to prevent river bank. This QL area is not a part of Cluster. No any railway track, habitation, public building or any other structure found within 500 meter of area. Details of Principle Sanction: Quarry sanctioned through the MRD Bhopal order Dated- 03/06/2014. Period - Ten years Location- Concern QL area is situated near MPSH - 45 which is approximately 10 km far from QL area in West side. which flows from south to north. Mining is proposed 5 meter far from submerging area and also 5 meter away from the river bank to prevent river bank. This QL area is not a part of Cluster.

3 03 Details of Machines to be used in mining Operation: The method of mining is open cost river bed mining operation will be carried out manually. Not applicable as it's a sand quarry auctioned for Ten years only. No other existing quarry in 100 Mt radiuses. 05 Scheme for Tree Plantation The quarry is sanctioned for the period of Ten years. During the Quarry period we will plant approximately 30 (Local Species) /year on the bank of river to prevent the bank erosion. 06 Details and approximate distance of National park, Sanctuary, Bio diversity area, nterstate boundary situated within periphery of 10 km from the area to be sanctioned.

4 There is no National park, Sanctuary, Bio diversity area, nterstate boundary situated within 10 km from the periphery of the sanctioned area. 07 Proposed annual production of mineral Production cum per year Mineral - Sand 08 Effect on ground water level due to mining operation and its preven,tion measures. The deposits of sand occur on the bank of river during the Quarry period. The deposit will be worked out from the top surface to 3m bgl or above the ground water table whichever is less. Thus no ground water pollution is expected, as mining will not intersect the ground water. t is not proposed to divert or truncate any part of the scheme and at no point of time mining will be done from the stream. 09 Details of scheme of continuous reclamation and rehabilitation of the land degradation due to mining. Air Pollution Control The air quality in the Quarry area as well as in the nearby buffer zone is well below the permissible limits. Following mitigative measures shall be adopted for air pollution control due to mining of Sand S1. The proposed mining activity of manual in nature and quarry area is not large and also the area is devoid of good flora and fauna. The socio-economic status of the surrounding villages is rural with dominant agriculture economy. The surrounding area is thin populated. There will be no adverse impact due to mining on socio - economic environment.

No any other aquatic flora found in the QL area. FAUNA:- The area itself devoid of fauna, but occasionally some bird such as Heron, Crow, Parrots etc seen in the area.
