Our conference is a community-focused event dedicated to educate and engage members of the local technical community. Addicted to Sharepoint draws upon the expertise of local IT professionals, developers and solution architects focused on Sharepoint technology who come together to share their real world experiences, lessons learned, best practices, and general knowledge with other like-minded individuals. Sponsors will have access to the facility at 7:00am at the start of the event and after the end of the event. 3 SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS Attendee Information Attendee information must be provided upon registration and this information will be made available to our sponsors depending on their level and contingent on the attendee election to opt-in for the release of such information. Sponsors are permitted to collect attendee information at their table or booth. Sponsors may use this information for direct marketing purposes only; this information may not be sold, traded, given away or otherwise provided to any third-party not directly affiliated with the sponsor entity. How to Sponsor Addicted to SharePoint Please return a signed copy of the Sponsorship Commitment Form. Once we have received your signed form, Addicted to Sharepoint will send you an acceptance to verify your sponsorship selection and we will send an invoice for payment. All invoices will be due 15 days from the invoice date. Some Sponsor benefits are determined in order based on the date we receive payment. Failure to pay on time may result in forfeiture of your sponsorship. We reserve the right to refuse any sponsor. 4 WEB SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION All of the above tiers (Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Platinum) include logo placement on the website. We also have two Web only sponsorship levels: Web only Sponsor Web + Opt in mail list Contribution $250 $1000 Placement on the Web sponsor section of the website A copy of the opt in list from this event Web Only Sponsorship is an affordable way to offer support of the event. Web + Opt in Mail List Sponsorship is a great solution for organizations who would have otherwise attended, but scheduling conflicts prevented them from having a table at the event. Getting the most from your sponsorship We encourage everyone to make the most of your sponsorship. For example, if you re sponsoring Addicted to SharePoint!, why not make a press release about it, showing that you support the community? If you ve got a section for events on your website, include your sponsorship there it shows current and potential customers and employees that you support community events!
