2 Hello! Thank you for making an enquiry about holding your Christmas bash with us at The Bath Brew House. It s only our third xmas and we re looking forward to hosting lots of fun social gatherings, from works do s to friend & family get togethers! We aim to be as flexible as possible so if there s anything we can do to make things extra special for you, do just let us know. Attached here are the bits & bobs you need in order to make a booking with us: Our brand-spanking new Christmas menu A pre-order form to let us know what your guests would like to eat on the day Our terms & conditions for festive frolics to sign and get back to us Please note: we are expecting lots of interest for bookings especially during the last couple of weeks before Christmas, so until we have received a signed copy of our T&C s AND the agreed deposit amount, your booking isn t set in stone and is NOT confirmed. All bookings are confirmed on a first come-first served basis, we think it s the fairest way to do it. The menu sees traditional festive fare but with a good old BBH twist. Our head chef Gareth has worked hard to produce a menu that both showcases all we have to offer with the Brew House, Smoke House and our cooking spit, and offers something for everyone to enjoy. We are offering a set 2/3 course menu for groups of four people or more and we ve got some great sharing board options if you fancy something a bit less formal.

3 venue The Tank Room Perfect for groups of people for a sit down meal (up to 50 for mingling), the Tank room offers a lovely setting for private dining and it s complete with its own ipod dock and so you can get your fave cheesy Christmas party tunes on while tucking in to some lovely food! We offer two booking slots in the tank room. The afternoon slot 12pm 5pm (arrival at 11:30am, food served from 12pm) or the evening slot 6:30pm 11pm (arrival at 6pm, food served from 6:30pm). Skittle Alley Dining Room Smaller groups will be seated in our restaurant area, where you can book anytime between 12pm 9pm (subject to availability). There is a great view of our open kitchen, with the charcoal spit turning chickens and other foodie wonders! We can accommodate a sit down affair for between 4 & 24 guests in this area. The Marquee This winter sees the return of our fab garden marquee, bigger & better than ever! This can hold up to 200 people for a drinks & nibbles party, and up to 100 for a sit down affair. With lots of festive fairy lights, and the eclectic mix of furniture, this area is one of the prettiest in the pub. Just give us a shout to discuss the different seating options for your party.

6 Festive Season Party Terms & Conditions Our Bath Brew House Terms & Conditions are in place to protect you just as much as us. If there are any points you d like to discuss please don t hesitate in asking. Provisional Bookings We are happy to take provisional reservations however please note they can be held for a maximum of 7 days. We will never relinquish a date without first contacting you offering the opportunity to confirm. To verify your event we require the agreed deposit in full, accompanied by signed Terms & Conditions. Deposits Deposits are taken by cash or debit/credit card payment paid in person. They are taken as confirmation of a booking & will be held against last minute cancellation (see Cancellations ), failure to reach an agreed minimum spend or any damages caused (see loss or damage.) Required deposits All parties are required to pay a deposit of 10 per head. Cancellation Total cancellation is required in writing 14 days prior to the event. We reserve the right to withhold deposits if we cannot re-fill the date in question and / or inadequate notice is received. Confirmation of Numbers Drinks parties: 48 hours prior to the occasion. Food parties: 72 hours notice prior to the occasion. In the event of a party member no-showing on the day you will lose that person s 10 deposit. Pre-orders We request all pre-orders 1 week before your dining date, this is the minimum we can accept to ensure ordering and delivery in time for your occasion. Extension to the license If you require an extension to the license please write a letter of confirmation, requesting the extension a minimum of 28 days prior to the event. We can then contact the licensing officer / police with your request. Please note that these extensions are subject to availability as we only have a limited number & cannot be guaranteed as they are all subject to approval by the licensing authorities. Loss / Damage We take no responsibility for loss or damage of personal belongings on the premises. In the event of damage to our property we have the right to obtain an independent quote to assess the cost of the repair. Any deposit left after the repairs will be returned to yourself. In the event of damage being more than the deposit we have the right to receive payment in full. Payments All accounts are to be paid on the day of the event by cash, credit or debit card, unless otherwise previously agreed. Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your booking Service charge Christmas parties of 10 or more will incur an optional 10% service charge.
