Whether it s just a small gathering or a large party, we ve got something to suit all tastes. From a festive afternoon tea to a party night with a live band, you can be sure that we will make it an enjoyable experience for all. In this brochure you will find details of all the Christmas party options available to you, along with a New Year s Eve event. Private Parties If you are looking to book a private function to celebrate the festive season, then please contact us with your requirements and we will be more than happy to put together a bespoke package just for you. Accommodation Bedrooms are available from 30 per person per night with breakfast based on 2 people sharing and subject to availability. Or looking for a small get together and a light bite? Then why not book our festive afternoon tea, available every day throughout December (except Christmas Day) and at a time to suit you per person Add a glass of Prosecco for 3.95 per person It is advisable to pre-book for an afternoon tea to avoid disappointment and some dates may be subject to availability. Large parties of 10 people or more will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 5 per person.

3 Festive Lunches & Dinners Festive Lunches Festive lunches are available Monday to Saturday throughout December within our Brasserie Café Bar from 12pm until 4pm. On selected dates we may also have some availability within our Piano Bar & Restaurant subject to availability per person To include a 3 course meal plus coffee and a mince pie and Christmas novelties on the tables. Private Lunch Private lunches are also available Monday-Thursday and are priced at per person to include the 3 course festive menu, Christmas novelties, private function room and a private bar. A minimum of 40 people is required and dates will be subject to availability. Festive Dinner Festive dinners are available every night throughout December within our Piano Bar & Restaurant from 6pm until 9pm subject to availability per person To include a 3 course meal plus coffee and a mince pie and Christmas novelties on the tables. A 10 non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure the booking. Dates available: Friday 9th December Friday 16th December Friday 23rd December Other dates may become available subject to demand and availability per person or This year we have a selection of party nights with live entertainment taking place, as well as our resident DJ providing the favourite tunes to get you all in the festive spirit. Taking place in our Pembrey function suite, the price also includes a 3 course meal (set menu) with Christmas novelties on the tables and we have the following to choose from: Friday s: 9th December Swing into Christmas with entertainment from Frank Webb 16th December Go back in time to the 70 s and 80 s with entertainment from Gemma Honey Arrival is from 7.30pm with food being served at 8pm and dancing until 2am per person Saturday s: Traditional Christmas Pudding with Creamy Brandy Sauce Arrival is from 12pm with food being served at 12.30pm and dancing until 5pm. 3rd, 10th and 17th December Enjoy live entertainment from One for the Road who will play a range of music to suit all tastes. White Chocolate Panna Cotta, Peanut Crumb, Dark Chocolate Crème Anglaise Arrival is from 7pm with food being served at 7.30pm and dancing until 2am. 5 Party Menu or Party Nights Sunday 11th December Enjoy a 3 course meal (pre-ordered from the festive menu) with entertainment from our resident DJ. Arrival is from 7pm with food being served at 7.30pm and dancing until 2am per person Thursday 22nd December Enjoy live entertainment from popular band Raspberry Jam followed by music from our resident DJ. Arrival is from 7.30pm with food being served at 8pm and dancing until 2am per person Sunday Lunch with Santa Our Sunday lunches with Santa are the perfect opportunity to get together with friends and family before the big day. Enjoy a 3 course carvery while being entertained from our resident DJ with fun and games for the children. There will also be a visit from Santa with a small gift for children. Dates available: 4th, 11th and 18th December Times are available from 12pm until 2pm. Adult: per person Child: 9.95 per person (2-12 years old) Children under 2 will not be charged for.
