TERMS & CONDITIONS BOOKING All rates and bookings are subject to availability. Provisional reservations must be confi rmed within 14 days of booking by paying the non-refundable, non-transferable deposit referred to below. Failure to pay the deposit will result in the cancellation of your event without prior notice. The balance of the event cost is payable by the dates set out below. Deposits and fi nal payments, cheques and postal orders should be forwarded by post. To pay cash, the Meetings & Events offi ce is open from 8am 6pm Monday to Friday. Please note, one cheque is to be written for group deposits and fi nal payments. The hotel cannot accept multiple cheques. Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify the hotel in writing and the hotel will be entitled to retain your deposit. Any paid deposits cannot be offset against any other services or products. Should the hotel receive your cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to the event date, the full event cost will remain payable. Deposits will not be refunded in the event of Force Majeur or inclement weather. The event reservation is confi rmed only once the Radisson Blu Hotel has cashed payment and confi rmation has been sent to the guest. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure appropriate numbers. We also reserve the right to move the event to a smaller or larger function suite should numbers dictate. Parties below 10 may be required to share tables. Minimum age for persons attending evening functions is 18. The Management reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol at any time. Whilst we are always happy to accommodate guests with special dietary requirements (notice must be given to the hotel at least 2 weeks prior to your planned event), the menu details in our brochure are set and menu options cannot be substituted. Food pre-orders must be received 7 days prior to the event. The Management of the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel. In addition, the hotel reserves the right to charge the organiser, company or individual for any damages caused by unreasonable behaviour. All details are correct at the time of going to print; however they maybe subject to change without prior notice. Special accommodation rates quoted are available only to guests attending Christmas events at the hotel. Cancellation of accommodation up to 9 rooms is free of charge 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. Separate terms & conditions apply for group cancellations of 10 rooms or more. The following cards are acceptable for payment: Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express. Christmas Party Events: all bookings must be confi rmed within 14 days by paying a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of per person. The non-refundable balance is to be paid no less than 4 weeks prior to the event. If booked less than 4 weeks prior to the event, the settlement must be made in full. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
