Home made cinnamon scones with vanilla cream, selection of festive pastries, your choice of tea or coffee. Or for that special occasion why not add a warming glass of mulled wine or a celebratory glass of bubbly. 7 Tribute Nights After the excitement and stress of Christmas, relax with family and friends at one of our tribute nights. With any luck we might have a visit from Santa on his way back to the North Pole! 9 New Year s Eve Gala Dinner Say goodbye to 2015 and welcome in 2016 in style at our New Year s Eve Gala Dinner. Chef s 6 course dinner will be served at 8.00pm. After a sumptuous meal, party the night away with our resident DJ until 1:00am. 10 Christmas 3 Day Package Arrive in the afternoon on Christmas Eve and relax with a Festive Afternoon Tea. Guests can gather in the lounge for a glass of Champagne before a 3 course dinner in Caradog s restaurant. Christmas Day After breakfast receive our welcome gift by the fireside. Luncheon will be served in the Foxhunter Suite at 1:00pm. In the evening enjoy Chef s buffet selection followed by a festive quiz in the lounge. Boxing Day Boxing Day starts with breakfast followed by a day at leisure, exploring the local area or just relaxing by the fire. For lunch, join our other guests for our Boxing Day carvery. In the evening you will be entertained by our Celine Dion tribute in the Foxhunter Suite. You will be served a steak supper with a choice of desserts Prices quoted are for double occupancy of a standard double/twin room. Page 09

11 Terms & Conditions Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If numbers reduce after paying the deposit, the deposit cannot be used to pay any of the outstanding balance of the event cost. Full pre-payment of all events is required no later than November 30th We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements BUT we do require at least 7 days notice. We reserve the right to cancel any event should a minimum number not be reached. Alternative dates or a full refund will be offered in this circumstance. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel. We also reserve the right to charge the organiser, company or individual for any damages caused by unreasonable behaviour. NO food or drink may be brought into the hotel or grounds by guests. We reserve the right to confiscate items.
