1 The Bite Catering Thank you for considering The Bite Catering for your function. We will take every opportunity to make your special function a successful one. We use only the freshest ingredients and all foods are prepared by students of the Clare- Gladwin Career & Technical Education Culinary Arts Program. The students come from six area high schools which include Harrison, Clare, Farwell, Beaverton, Gladwin, and Coleman. Many of our students go on to two or four year culinary colleges such as Sullivan University, the Art Institutes, Johnson and Wales, and the Culinary Institute of America. Students are trained and directed by Mrs. Heidi Rocha who has 10 years of experience as a Culinary Arts Instructor

7 Food Service Policy After completion of a catering request form, then final food and beverage selections are confirmed ten (10) calendar days prior to the event. Reasonable increases to food and beverage selections may be made up to four (4) calendar days prior to the event. A minimum guaranteed guest count must be provided ten (10) calendar days before your event. Charges will be based on the minimum guaranteed guest count. All food service outside of program hours will have an added charge of $8 per hour charge for each required student employee. (Program Hours: 8:30 a.m. 10:15 a.m. & 12:30 p.m. 2:30 p.m.). Prices provided in this menu are subject to change. City and county health regulations require that Clare- Gladwin CTE and Mid- Michigan Community College not allow any food or beverage to be brought into, or taken from, the facility by our guests.
