A glamourous evening full of imagination and allure awaits you in the impressive setting of the World Museum. Enjoy a delicious three course festive dinner followed by tea, coffee and petit fours before partying the night away surrounded by the glistening wintry landscape. Join us on the iconic Liverpool Waterfront to party the night away in the spectacular surroundings of the Merseyside Maritime Museum. Enjoy a two course seasonal carvery created by our award-winning chefs, fabulous entertainment, and *all-inclusive drinks. All you need to do is turn up and party. Our team will work with you from your initial enquiry to the moment your last guest leaves, to make sure your celebration is perfect. All bookings with National Museums Liverpool Trading Ltd (hereafter called NMLT Ltd) are accepted upon the following terms and conditions. 2. The non-refundable or transferable deposit of 10 per person is payable 14 days after a booking is made; a definite booking then exists between the two parties. If a deposit is not received within the 14 days, your booking will automatically be released. Whilst a booking is being held provisionally NMLT Ltd reserve the right to contact you for information should we receive another enquiry for the same date. 3. If numbers should rise following your deposit or final balance payment, we will try to accommodate the additional guests but this will be subject to availability and at NMLT Ltd s discretion. 4. Full payment must be made no later than six weeks (42 days) prior to the event date. For bookings made after 1st October full payment must be made at the time of booking. 5. Failure to pay the final balance within the above specified time will result in the cancellation of the booking and the forfeiture of any deposit paid, unless prior arrangement has been made between NMLT Ltd and the client in writing. 6. If numbers are reduced once the final balance has been paid, they must be confirmed in writing to NMLT Ltd. No refunds will be made should any cancellations occur less than 14 days prior to your event date. 7. We regret that definite table arrangements cannot be guaranteed, however every effort will be made to accommodate the client s wishes. 8. We will endeavour to sit larger parties together and on one table, but due to the design of the restaurant/room this may not always be possible. 9. NMLT Ltd must receive all dietary requirements no later than 14 days before your event is due to commence. Requirements specified after this date cannot be guaranteed and NMLT Ltd will not be held responsible if they cannot be met. 10. NMLT Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking or event. 11. In the event that NMLT Ltd has to cancel your event, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given. NMLT Ltd will have no further liability to the client. 12. Clients are not permitted to bring any of their own drink or food onto the premises. 13. All clients attending the event under your booking shall comply with all licensing, health and safety and other regulations relating to the venue. They must not bring any dangerous or hazardous items into the venue and remove such items promptly when requested to do so. 14. If NMLT Ltd deems a client s behaviour unacceptable in any way whatsoever they reserve the right to ask the offending client/s to leave or be refused entry. Any damages caused will be charged to the lead name on the booking. 15. NMLT Ltd shall not be liable or accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to the property owned by, or in custody of the client/s. 16. All exclusive hire bookings are subject to a contract and conditions of hire. 17. Exclusive hire available for parties may be subject to a venue hire charge. 18. All information, prices and terms are correct at the time of printing. 19. It is the responsibility of the lead booker to ensure all guests of their party are aware of the terms and conditions.
