2 About Us Double-H Catering is a premier service offered by Happy Hollow Park & Zoo Happy Hollow offers amusement rides, puppet shows, educational programs, diverse animal exhibits, and exciting adventures the whole family will enjoy. With over 50 years of customer service experience and quality programming, we offer a variety of catering options to suit the style of your event both at Happy Hollow and at your venue. Happy Hollow revenues support the operation and development of the Park & Zoo, and help support a variety of our programming including conservation efforts. Conservation and Catering Conservation efforts are paramount to what we do at Happy Hollow from our animal care, to our education programs, to our catering. It is our goal to provide you with the best quality food that is purchased locally and takes in to consideration the impact it may have on the environment. For example, seafood options are selected from the Seafood Watch Program s Best Choice list, honey used for baking and seasoning is harvested from Happy Hollow s hives, and we encourage you to select items that match our Eat Like a Lemur Healthy Choices menu items. Your meals will be served with biodegradable plates and utensils that keep waste to a minimum. From elegant appetizers to delicious main courses we offer an extensive menu that will fit any event, as well as tailoring any menu to suit your special requests. Our Catering Team is happy to assist you in customizing the perfect menu for your event.
