2 Sponsor Opportunities Collaborating Worldwide The Enterprise Management Association International (EMA-I) is a virtual association with members around the globe. Our membership model is designed to capture management level and cross functional teams from member companies that are passionate to improve their profession and career. EMA-I will exist to serve the interests of member professional managers, directors, department heads and executives. We will provide a forum to share their experience and challenges, a diverse network of peers that understand their passion, and practical guidance on the topics that they care about. Projected Membership (cumulative net growth in a five year time period) 12,000 members. With a planned membership of 3,400 global members for year one (ending December 2011), the following expected international distribution, 70% of EMA-I members residing in North America, 17% in EMEA, 2.2% in Asia/Pacific, and 2.6% in Latin America. EMA-I will be the largest global enterprise management focused association for Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Program Management Offices (PMO) professionals. Most members have the responsibility to specify enterprise related tools and services with their organization. We are a very enterprise-focused membership of professional managers, directors, department heads and executives directing portfolio, PMO, strategic planning, transformation, risk, compliance, governance, operational performance, portfolio planning or business integration teams. Some key EMA-I programs will include: The EMA-I will establishing partnerships with Research groups to provide EPM, PPM and PMO - Strategy directed studies to our EMA-I members A new, interactive and collaborative website is under development along with other communications vehicles where opportunities for sponsor exposure are possible o Peer collaboration o Reference and resources o Assessment tools o Change management lifecycle framework o Local and regional forums o Management roundtables o Professional development o Events (Regional and International) o to mention a few In 2011 and beyond, we are looking forward to many new and exciting programs to continue growing the value services for our members and to expand our membership. To achieve this goal, sponsor support is critical. Sponsors contribute to our success by investing funds and resources to support special EMA-I events and promotional opportunities 2 P a g e
3 throughout the year. We acknowledge and thank our sponsors for their support and encourage our members be aware of their services. Sponsors also receive the benefit of having the opportunity to present their solutions to a well-informed and decision making audience. We continue to look for new strategic relationships. Through collaborative opportunities, the EMA-I works together with sponsors to provide added value to both the EMA-I membership and to our sponsors while advancing the EMA-I mission. Joint Marketing Opportunities The EMA-I membership includes Management leaders, managers and practitioners. We look for vendors and service providers whose products and services are of benefit to our membership and advance the Enterprise community. Although the EMA-I cannot necessarily recommend specific products or services, we can help you to define the type of value-added products and services we are seeking for our members. When considering becoming a sponsor with EMA-I, we ask that you consider the following questions: Other than just advertising my products and services, how else can I help add value to the EMA-I members? How does my product/service advance the strategic organizational change management teams? Is this the specific market area that I'm targeting? What is the goal of my involvement with the EMA-I? Why does the EMA-I need sponsorships? The EMA-I is a member-based organization comprised of dedicated volunteers who have the desire and leadership to advance the values of EMA-I and the evolving role to manage business change. As a member-based organization, we receive revenues through small annual membership dues, event fees, advertising and corporate sponsorships. Through collaborative opportunities, the EMA-I partners with sponsors to provide added value to both the EMA-I membership and to our Corporate Sponsors in advancing the EMA-I mission. Annual Sponsor Levels This level of sponsorship will receive benefits for a 12-month period and based on the level chosen. The official structure of our sponsorship program divides sponsors into three categories depending upon the value of contribution. Foundation Sponsor - $4,500 per year As a Foundation Sponsor, you receive same as Gold Sponsor plus: Opportunities to contribute approved articles, case studies, best practices, etc. to the EMA-I Newsletter Opportunities to post unlimited approved events and announcements on EMA-I Website Collaborate with the EMA-I in Enterprise studies, product reviews and surveys Participate in selected joint research programs Recognized as a FOUNDATION Sponsor in appropriate EMA-I communications and public announcements Participate in EMA-I Advisory Council Support EMA-I in promoting and building global membership Gold Sponsor - $900 per year As a Gold Sponsor, you receive same as Affiliate Sponsor plus: Approved events (5 max) Name of event, 25 word description, date and link to sponsor event page Logo also on EMA-I home page Logo in EMA-I Newsletter Recognition on EMA-I webinar sponsor slide Affiliate Sponsor - $ Free As an Affiliate Sponsor, you receive: A hyperlink version of your company logo placed on the Affiliate Sponsor page of the EMA-I web site. 300dpi resolution or higher eps, tif, or jpg files.
