2 If you want to make your day at the races really special, try one of our hospitality options. These allow you and your guests to spend the meeting in the comfort and privacy of one of our luxurious suites, enjoying excellent food and drink, and letting us wait on you hand and foot. All suites are beautifully furnished and set up exclusively for your party. You will enjoy unrivalled views across the racecourse and Westwood with your own balcony looking down onto the action. Inside, giant flatscreen TVs show coverage of the racing so you need not miss a thing. Hospitality badges for each guest allow access to the Premier, Grandstand & Paddock and Course Enclosures, so you can explore the whole racecourse... or stay in the comfort of your suite of course! There is an extensive range of delicious menus to choose from, from a light buffet to a sumptuous four course feast. Our food is locally sourced and prepared on site by our excellent award-winning caterers CGC Events, and we can vouch personally for the quality of the dining! We can cater for parties of 10 to 250 people and for larger parties we offer the option of a beautiful private marquee and lawn overlooking the racetrack; just give us a call to talk through options. 3 The Breeze-Up Package A fabulously relaxed way to do hospitality, the Breeze Up (racing terminology for a light work out), includes everything your party needs to enjoy an indulgent yet informal day at the races. Perfect for... a gathering of friends and family or an informal business meeting. 80 +VAT per person Why not choose to add on one of our drinks packages to really get the party started? Your exclusive suite with its panoramic views, a hostess to wait on your every need, the champagne reception and sumptuous dining combined with the glamour of an afternoon at the races will give you and your guests a day to remember. 5 The Bar Hospitality suites enjoy the luxury of your own fully stocked paying bar. Or, if you prefer, a range of all-inclusive drinks packages are available. What Else Can We Do For You? Menus and Extras Our menus change regularly, so contact us to see this month s specials. All our packages are fully customisable and if there are any extras or changes you'd like to make, just let us know. Race Sponsorship Why not add on race sponsorship to make the day even more special? From just VAT extra, you and your guests can experience the rush of walking into the hallowed grounds of the Parade Ring, rubbing shoulders with famous trainers and jockeys, choosing the Best Turned Out horse, presenting the trophy to the winning connections, and basking in the accolade of being your race's key sponsor. The Official Bit A minimum number of 10 applies to all corporate hospitality bookings - this is because we only have a limited number of private suites. Should a cash bar be required, there would be an extra charge for member of bar staff at VAT per staff member. How to make a booking...
