To ensure we meet your expectations this Christmas and New Year s Eve, following is a brief explanation of the special events available to you to choose from. Each restaurant has put together an amazing menu of the freshest, gourmet selections available on Hamilton Island. To make your reservation please send the completed Festive Season 2014 Booking Form at the back of this information pack through to ehunt@hamiltonisland.com.au To avoid disappointment, please send your form by as soon as possible and a booking confirmation and your credit card receipt will be returned to you by . 2 THE YACHT CLUB CHRISTMAS LUNCH AND DINNER The Hamilton Island Yacht Club is located at the entrance to the marina and offers breathtaking views over the marina and Dent Passage. The Hamilton Island Yacht Club is an iconic venue and testimony to the level of quality and direction the island is becoming known for. Dining at the Yacht Club s restaurant is a unique experience with a team of superb chefs, friendly professional service and a menu consisting of high quality fresh ingredients. The three-course Christmas lunch and dinner menus offer a fusion of traditional and contemporary Christmas fare. $150 per adult $45 per child 4 7yrs $80 per child 8 14yrs Lunch bookings available from 12pm. 3 MARINERS CHRISTMAS LUNCH Where better to spend Christmas Lunch in the Whitsunday s than overlooking the marina on the deck at Mariners, in the heart of Hamilton Island s marina village. Enjoy a fabulous set menu featuring oysters, scallops, a traditional turkey plate and delicious Christmas pudding. $135 per adult (food only) $40 per child 4 7yrs (food only) $70 per child 8 14yrs (food only) Lunch at 12pm (one sitting) FULLY BOOKED MARINERS NEW YEAR S EVE DINNER Mariners are known for their fantastic service and beautiful seafood, so join us to sit back and welcome the New Year in relaxed style. Tonight s menu will offer a hot and cold seafood platter followed by dessert. $165 per adult $90 per child 4 7yrs $90 per child 8 14yrs Mariners will offer two service seatings on this evening. The first will be from 5.30pm until 8.30pm and the second from 9pm until late. 7 RESTAURANTS OPERATING AS USUAL ON CHRISTMAS DAY MANTA RAY Try the island s newest restaurant, Manta Ray, which puts a tropical spin on nautical styling with its glossy mint tiles and light breezy colour palette plus Mediterranean inspired menu. Operating hours are 7am until late. No booking required unless tables over 10+. COCA CHU coca chu brings adventurous, fun and seductive fare to the Whitsundays, the menu is based upon the hawker food stalls of South East Asia, mixing bold flavours with elegant casual style. 8 NEW YEAR S EVE DINING AND ENTERTAINMENT MARINA VILLAGE CELEBRATIONS MARINA TAVERN Marina Village, the island s hub of shops and restaurants will stage the biggest outdoor party with bar stalls, fireworks and live entertainment. The popular Marina Tavern will incorporate an open-air entertainment area where you can dance the night away with a band playing live music. CANCELLATION POLICY Please note that any cancellations must be advised more than 7 days in advance of dining date to be eligible for a full refund of prepayment. Within the 7-day period a cancellation fee of 50% of total charge will be applied. No refund will be applicable if the party does not show up at the restaurant for their reservation.
