2 2014- The Society for Design Administration (SDA) is an association of managers and administrators working in the offices of Architecture/ Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) firms to create profitable business environments for their companies. SDA offers companies, organizations, and vendors a unique opportunity to position your products and services to a targeted group of administrative and managerial professionals who play key roles in selecting products and services in their firms. Many SDA members are the decision makers who purchase products or services. Through education, certification and networking, SDA members gain a competitive edge in knowing the latest A/E/C best practices. SDA provides a host of local and national networking opportunities, as well as educational resources in the areas of: Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Office Administration, and Project Management.

3 2014- SDA s monthly e-zine, SDA Today, is distributed to over 500 A/E/C administrative and managerial professionals. SDA Today provides you with the unique opportunity to market your product or services to our A/E/C business professionals through links to your website with the following advertising options: Content Ad Located between key topic areas within the newsletter, the ad includes both image and text with a link to a company landing page. Sidebar Graphic Ad or Sidebar Text Ad Located on the right-hand side of the e- newsletter and limited to four total ads per issue. The Sidebar Graphic ad contains an image and link and the Sidebar Text ad contains no more than 25 words of text and link only.

4 SDA s quarterly e-newsletter, SDA e-wire, is distributed to over 5,000 A/E/C administrative and managerial professionals. SDA e-wire provides you with the unique opportunity to market your product or services to our A/E/C business professionals through links to your website with the following advertising options: Title Banner Ad Located at the top of the e-newsletter and provides maximum exposure for your ad. There is only one title banner ad per issue and it is designed as an image. Content Ad Located between key topic areas within the newsletter, the ad includes both image and text with a link to a company landing page. Sidebar Graphic Ad or Sidebar Text Ad Located on the right-hand side of the e-newsletter and limited to four total ads per issue. The Sidebar Graphic ad contains an image and link and the Sidebar Text ad contains no more than 25 words of text and link only. Closing Ad Located at the bottom of the e-newsletter and is limited to one per issue. The closing ad contains a company logo or other image, 50 words of text and link to a company landing page.

5 2014- SDA s website includes one primary method for marketing your products and services: Rotating Public Banner Ads Viewed by both the general public and SDA members. The public website averages 2,000 visitors per month and 3:30 minutes average time spent on the site.

6 File Submission Guidelines All creative and links should be mailed at least two weeks prior to the scheduled placement. Send information and files to All files must include a linking URL. All files must be submitted as a.jpg,.swf or.gif file, 72 dpi, RGB color unless otherwise indicated. File size cannot exceed 30 MB. Audio is not supported in our format. Banner ad rotation is random but equal on the website so each advertiser receives the same percentage of views. The creative and link cannot be switched within the terms of the purchase. All materials including text and artwork is subject to SDA approval.
