6 Meeting Information Resident/Fellow Members Activities The chapter will be holding Doctor s Dilemma and Iron Med Competitions for Residents. Iron Med is an interactive program that allows residents to test their medical skills and will be held from 11:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Prizes will be awarded during the Doctor s Dilemma competition on Saturday afternoon. Learning Objectives At the conclusion of this activity, the participant will be able to: Apply updated knowledge of managing chronic liver disease, resistant hypertension, and Parkinson s disease to clinical practice. Improve clinical practice by incorporating major new developments in infectious disease, new biologics and the future of chemotherapy, and transgender patients. Understand recent advances in the care of sleep apnea, pharmacologic management of pain, and Parkinson s disease. CME Accreditation The American College of Physicians is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
