Competency and Professiona Deveopment Competency and Professiona Deveopment (CPD) is an experientia modue that focuses on soft skis. Through guest speaker sessions, industry fied visits, integrated business games, socia immersion programmes etc., we enhance the communication skis of our students. Leadership and Interpersona Skis, Entrepreneurship, Socia Responsibiity and Goba Management are taught in the four MBA semesters. Summer Internship Between the first and the second year of the MBA Programme, students must undertake a projectbased summer internship of at east six weeks. The mandatory internship heps students to choose a functiona area for their studies in year II of the MBA Programme and their careers ater on. Through the internship, students gain vauabe management experience eary on in their careers and identify their ong term career goas. Internship pacements are aided by our MBA Pacement Office. The MBA Project The MBA Project is mandatory in the second year and is equivaent to two fu courses. A rea ife cient presents a manageria issue to a team of 4-5 MBA students and over the year, the group has to present a comprehensive report to the cient and is graded accordingy. The project is an exceent appication of what is earnt throughout the programme. It is a chaenging assignment combining decision making abiity, teamwork, working under pressure and an integrated approach towards management.
