16 Preparing to Move Home Search - Options Accompanied the AT-Mobility Consultant acts as the advocate for the Transferee / Client; accompanies the Transferee to all viewings; supports Transferee through lease negotiation and move-in inspections. Unaccompanied (Coordinated) The AT-Mobility Consultant coordinates the service, reviewing and short-listing the properties; but does not accompany the Transferee during the home viewings. Realtor Referral Only The AT-Mobility Consultant refers a professional realtor to the Transferee for their own action and follow-up. Your Dedicated Consultant 25

19 After You Arrive Settling-In Conduct accompanied neighbourhood orientation Provide valuable information for daily living Assist with opening a local bank account and registration at embassy/consulate Coordinate installation of utilities, cable, internet etc. Create a family card (card with home address, telephone number including translation as required by location) Support for Transferee and family for 3 months for all local concerns and issues Your Dedicated Consultant
