1 Global Market-Treasury Operations & Structured Loans The activities covered in our area work up across global markets including a multitude of financial products and international settlement systems. In this specific sector, we deal with most of all the activities involved in the process of structured loans management (from disbursement to closing). Know-how related to financial products management in a big and international company Possibility to be trained on the job on the structured loans daily activities (both administration and client support) Involvement in the planning dynamics on the upgrading of an international System applied to the Italian environment The ability to work in team Held adequate relationships with all the counterparties Availability to flexible working hours Open-minded approach Location: Verona, Italy

2 CEE Identity and Communication UniCredit Italy. CEE Identity and Communications team, responsible, in the perimeter of competence for coordinating and supporting the local I&C structures, in the definition of the strategic objectives of communication to be pursued and in the implementation of projects, activities and initiatives promoted both by CEE Division and by GI&C structures. The applicant will support and participate in the development of the activities planned and carried out by CEE Identity and Communication desks, in close collaboration with internal and external communication office Support CEE I&C in the contents selection and management of internal events (addressed to Identity & Communications resources) and external ones (addressed to stakeholders such as politics, funds, etc.) English mandatory Duration: 3 months (June - September 2015)

3 Corporate Sales & Marketing Staff Marketing Area. Jobs within the Marketing area are involved in the information management of products and sales processes. Job will focus on the development, implementation and monitoring of strategies and programs (such as pricing strategies) to support a particular product, service or market sector. As Corporate Sales & Marketing Staff you have the opportunity to be familiar with the main key issues of the Marketing function, like customers analysis, products development, pricing, etc. of the UniCredit Italian Corporate Network. You have the opportunity to measure up with: The analysis of the Corporate Network perimeter, with particular reference to the competitiveness and profitability of the product line The creation of the service models to enable commercial structures to better respond to customer needs and the competitive environment on the market The activities of the communication segment and supporting the Marketing Communication Unit in the definition of the contents and of the value proposition It is preferred a training background in the economic-financial/marketing matters and a good knowledge of the macro-economic scenario Flexibility and strong inclination to work multitasking together with good communication skills are required Intermediate level both of Italian and English language is mandatory Duration: 3 months (June - September 2015)

4 Credit Risk and Pricing Business UniCredit Italy. Jobs within job family Group Finance are related to the contribution to the definition of Group strategic planning through the analysis of the Group s financial structure, the definition of the strategic allocation of liquidity, the strategic positioning on financial risks, as well as the definition of the related internal transfer prices. The Group Credit Treasury Unit (GCT) is responsible for the optimization of the risk/return profile of the loan banking book. The profitability of credit business will be primarily sought through the development of pricing discipline and advisory activities during the origination phase. Dynamic and fast learning experience, with possibility to have a complete picture of Finance framework Up-to-date knowledge of implementation pricing discipline in a context of evolving global financial regulation Open minded and flexibility, with a strong attitude to team work Good communication skills and attitude for problem solving Good knowledge of risk management and Basle 2 issues (Basile 3 knowledge could be a plus) English fluent, both in speaking and writing Very good skilled in using MS Office (basic programming skills and knowledge of Bloomberg platform could be a plus)

As Group Organization & Logistic Project and Initiatives the candidate will participate to the development of strategic projects and initiatives that are cross-group. He/she will support the Group Structures, Sizing & Governance unit in the definition of organizational changes for Business or Competence Lines, ensuring their overall coherence with Group organizational models and guidelines, will participate to structuring and developing sizing exercises, contributing to the definition of target sizing for Business / CLs structures. He / she will cooperate, as appropriate, with the competent Planning, Finance and Administration and HR functions in the definition of proper actions to ensure the achievement of the Organization CL budget targets and the identification of possible areas of additional efficiency within the CL perimeter.
