2 Job Title: Personal Banker Unit / Department: Consumer Banking Responsible for promoting the bank s products and services so as to achieve the desired sales targets Handle general inquiries and complaints Conduct and participate in outbound sales activities for business solicitation A degree graduate in Business/Finance discipline Minimum 1 year of related experience Sales-driven, result-oriented and be able to work under pressure Accredited with regulator s requirements on provision and distribution of financial products Good communication skill in English and Cantonese, knowledge of Putonghua an advantage

3 Job Title: Sub-Branch Manager Unit / Department: Consumer Banking Lead a branch to achieve its business targets Oversee the operations of the branch to ensure efficiency as well as compliance with the Bank s policies and Macau s regulatory requirements Monitor the service quality of the branch and continuously seek opportunity for improvement A degree graduate in Business/Finance discipline Minimum 10 years servicing and sales experience in consumer banking of which 3 years gained in a managerial level Good knowledge of consumer banking products and services Sales-driven, result-oriented and be able to work under pressure, with good planning, leadership and interpersonal skills Meet the requirement of an insurance staff as defined by the Monetary Authority of Macau Good communication skill in English and Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin an advantage

4 Job Title: Head of Wealth Management Investment & Insurance Services Unit / Department: Consumer Banking Manage product development activities on Wealth Management Products Grow Banking business in accordance to the Budget Plan and lead the team in achieving the sales, service targets by the development and implementation of business plans Overseeing subbranch sales performance and coach colleagues to drive sales results while delivering excellent customer service. To manage and co-ordinate all relevant activities with business partners / service providers Degree holder in Finance, Economics or related discipline with minimum 8 years banking experience of which 3 years gained in a managerial level Good leadership skills with the ability to develop, direct and implement business plans Sensitive to market with strong business acumen Strong marketing execution skills from research, communication to promotion and attentive to details.

5 Job Title: IT Officer Unit / Department: Operations Responsible for providing quality and efficient helpdesk support to various user departments, daily server operations, network maintenance, hardware and software asset management etc. T.I. / Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline Good knowledge in PC hardware, Microsoft products and LAN/WAN Networking With MCP or CCNA credential is an advantage Min 2 years related working experience Hard working and willing to learn the new technologies Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

6 Job Title: HR Officer Unit / Department: General Management Responsible for human resources function including staff training, recruitment and etc. Communicate with external training consultant and local associations for design of training Assist in the administration and maintain of training program Training Needs Analysis and supporting the team to develop Training Strategy Handle certain level of recruitment activities; Perform ad hoc HR duties and support office administration as necessary Providing assistance for new hire, staff orientation and exit interview process; Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system Degree or Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline Min 3 years human resources experience Well-versed in Macau Employment Ordinance, MPF, insurance programs and other related regulations Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Independent, flexible, high level of accuracy & willing to work under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
