1 CFD Business Development Dealer As a member of Contracts for Difference (CFD) Dealing team, you will be responsible for marketing, sales, trade execution for our clients and report to the Dealing Manager. You are responsible for development of Phillip CFD business activities in Asia Pacific region where he/she is required to engage in client acquisition activities and potential B2B business through follow-up on referred leads, event participation, networking and implementing other expansion strategies.you are required to review financial periodicals, stock reports and charts to identify potential trading opportunities for clients and undertake projects to enhance the trading experience of clients. Degree in Finance / Economics / Engineering / Computer Science Willing to travel short overseas and work on public holidays when required Efficient and able to work under pressure Manage customer enquiries and provide quality services Organized, self-motivated and confident team player Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Willing to take up overseas attachment when required Preferably with pass in the CMFAS module(s) 1A, 5, 6 and 6A Good knowledge on Fundamental and/or Technical Analysis is an advantage

2 Equities Dealer (POEMS Dealing) Job Summary You will be working in a team basis as an in-house Equities Dealer, based at one of our Phillip Investor Centres located island wide. Entrusted with a pool of clients, your primary task will be to grow and manage the accounts under your arm, hit your KPIs and to perform in other related tasks assigned to you. 3 Graphic Designer As a Graphic Designer in the Marketing Communications team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective web pages and marketing collaterals, collating marketing intelligence for analysis purposes. You will be collaborating ideas with system owners and other relevant stakeholders and assist them in achieving their marketing objectives. You are to ensure consistency, quality and compliance for all design works. Degree/Diploma in Arts & Design, Advertising, IT or equivalent, specializing in Graphic Design will be preferred At least 2 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining web content Intermediate Flash animation experience Great HTML and CSS skills Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and/or Dreamweaver) Knowledge in CM such as Joomla or WordPress Basic knowledge on video editing and filming Have an eye for detail and clean UI implementation Good knowledge of website and marketing design best practices Patient, determined, and confident Ability to multitask on several projects

5 Dealer, Proprietary Trading In this position, you are required to carry out directional equity trading for the company. You will be responsible for engagement in day trading activities to earn a return on the company s capital. You are also required to work closely with our system engineers and analyst to develop trading models that will allow us to capitalize on trading opportunities across a wide range of financial products (equities, futures, forex etc). Degree in any discipline Certifications in CMFAS Modules 1A, 5, 6 and 6A is an advantage Strong interest and an understanding of global financial markets and products Experience in using Excel and VBA for statistical data analysis Driven and innovative with excellent mathematical & analytical abilities Hardworking and competitive with a positive working attitude Independent and able to multi-task Fresh grads with good understanding of financial markets are welcome to apply

6 Credit Officer As part of the credit administration team, your objective is to minimise the credit risk of the company by establishing and executing sound credit control procedures, policies and guidelines and continuously improve on these procedures whenever possible. You will assess the clients credit standing and grant the appropriate trading limits. In addition, you will provide necessary assistance to the trading representatives in the legal recovery of outstanding amount due from clients and assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned. Diploma/Degree in any discipline Credit experience in any industry and familiarity in the credit risk function Prior dealing experience in a stock-broking firm is preferred Meticulous and able to deliver within tight deadlines Possess strong integrity and work ethics Excellent interpersonal and communication and written skills Good command of English Candidates without any prior working experience are welcome to apply

7 Investment Analyst Being part of the investment team, your main objective shall be to conduct investment research on various asset classes such as Commodities / Precious Metals / Forex / Indices. Generating credible market commentaries and providing market outlook to internal staff shall also be an important requirement. You are also required to correspond with the media and market journalists on current market outlook and views. Lastly, you will also need to conduct public seminars to share the analysis of your investment reports. Degree/Diploma in any discipline. Preferably in the Finance or Engineering field. At least 2 years of related working experience in the financial industry (preferably in the derivatives dealing sector) Certifications in CMFAS Module 2, 5 and 7 will be of added advantage. Experienced in Fundamental and Technical analysis of derivatives will be an advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Team player, who is committed and self-driven, with the ability to respond positively to client request for assistance. Able to travel overseas to support business development activities. Ability to conduct seminars and workshops.

8 IT Business Analyst You are responsible to gather, analyze and fomalize user s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project. Assist in managing and implementing of IT projects with quality, within scope and to ensure deliverables are on time and conform to processes and standards. Your main responsibilities are as follows: Evaluate costs and benefits of user requests, explore alternatives and communicate proposed solutions to users Document user requirement specifications include Data Workflows, Mockup UI, Use Cases, Data Schema design so that IT development teams can deliver the expected software product Document test plan and user guide that meet business requirements, participate in testing of system functionality, conduct system demos and work with users providing training and testing support Conduct post implementation testing with users and ensure that system is working as intended Identify and implement process improvements. Processes include business processes and system development processes Identify and propose suitable IT solutions to business requirements with minimum impact (risk) and costs. A good Degree/Diploma in IT/Computer Science or related disciplines. A recognized professional qualification in Project Management or Information Systems will be advantageous. At least 2 years of business analysis experience or programming Possess working knowledge of SDLC project methodology with at least one full cycle implementation preferred Able to understand and interpret high level business requirement documents including process maps and high level use cases Able to multi-task effectively and manage several projects concurrently
