Revised Eligibility Criteria The Bidder(s) should meet the following Eligibility Criteria to participate in the Tender and should enclose documentary proof for fulfilling the Eligibility in the Technical Bid. 4. Eligibility Eligibility Conditions. LAN Manufacturer / LAN Component OEM or authorised representatives / Authorized dealers are only eligible to apply. (The authorised dealers to produce authorization letter from the manufacturer for supply and after sales service support commitments in the prescribed format.) 2. Bidder should have 3 years of existence in the LAN Cabling / Laying with components manufacturing / IT products sales as on The Bidder should have an Average Annual Turnover of at least Rs.2 Crores and above in the last successive three Audited Financial years, (20-2, 202-3, 203-4). 4. Bidder should have executed orders worth of Rs. 0 Lakhs in the last two years each for the supply and installation of LAN / any Government organisations / PSU / IT companies / Banking sectors in India. 5. The bidders should have at least one service centre in Chennai. The Documentary Proof to be submitted Letter of Authorisation from the manufacturer to represent their product for this Tender. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation / Registration issued by the relevant statutory authority should be submitted Copies of the Audited Balance sheets and Profit and Loss account for last 3 Financial years Full copies of purchase orders obtained or Agreements signed along with completion certificate obtained from the customer. In case of Manufacturer's service centre copies of the land-

In case of Franchisee Service centre, the bidder should submit a copy of the agreement entered between the Franchisee and the Bidder stating that the Franchisee is rendering the service for the Manufacturer and the agreement should be valid as on Manufacturer should submit undertaking to do servicing directly or through their authorised service partners under their supervision (in the prescribed format). 6 OEMs should have ISO 900 Quality Management Certificate The bidder should submit ISO 900 Latest / Valid Quality Management Certificate obtained from OEM.
