Eligibility Condition: Point 3: Bidder should have 3 or more years of existence in the Sale / distribution of Oracle Softwre Products as on Documentary Proof to be Submitted: Copy of Purchase Orders and Completion Certificates executed for any Organisation in India before Eligibility Condition: Point 5: Bidder should have executed a single order for supply of Oracle Software Products for a value of at least Rs. 5 Lakhs and above for any Government Department / Government Public Sector Undertakings in India during the last 3 years. Documentary Proof to be Submitted: Relevant copies of Purchase Orders obtained and completion / performance certificate obtained from the customers ELCOT/PROC/OT/32634/Ora cle/ due on 3.00 PM. Ltd. Oracle India Pvt. Ltd., a Subsidiary Oracle Corporation is the sole manufacturer of products like Enterprise Database etc., which can be procured through our authorised distributors. We confirm that M/s. having its registered office at is one such 'authorised distributor' for supply of Oracle Products in India. M/s. among others, can enter into a contract with you as per the Tender Conditions. For this tender we authorise M/s. (Complete address and full contact details of the partner) to be our sales partner. In the event of discontinuation of supply of programs and related technical support service by our partner or any problem arises during provision of supply of programs and related technical support services, Oracle will ensure to provide trouble free and continuous supply of programs and related technical support services to the enduser provided the end user had paid for it and we undertake to provide supply of programs and related technical support service directly or through our alternative sales / service partners.
